Site Rules

• ​Adults Only 18+ (Exception for Giraffe Enclosure)
• Shepherd Huts and Hybrid Pods suitable for 2 guests only. 
• Maximum of 6 guests in the Giraffe Enclosure. 
• No Smoking (There are designated smoking areas onsite)
• Use of provided fire pit only. Do not create your own camp fires.
• Please park in designated areas onsite.
• Lilly Pad and Lotus Spa can be booked at additional cost. No access is permitted to these area without a appointment. (please see T&C for Spa)
• All damages must be paid for.
• Disabled Access – Unfortunately our huts are not yet suited for those with limited mobility, we are working on a solution for this in the near future.

Payments

• 25% deposit is taken on booking, if the deposit isn’t paid we can not guarantee the booking. please contact us for a payment link if any errors occur.
• 31 days prior to your arrival the remainder of the balance will be taken from the same card as your deposit was processed on. please contact us if this is not a convenient form of payment.
• Payments must be paid 24 hours after any reminder or you risk losing you booking and your deposit. Failure to make payments will result in a cancelled booking.

• Damages
• £100  damage deposit is held against your card. Housekeeping has an inventory of items in the accommodation and broken or missing items will be charged. 
• All damages must be paid for.
