Our botanical bistro is situated within the wilderness spa area, offering a picturesque view of the natural swimming pond. The restaurant features fully enclosed sides that can be detached, allowing for an open-air experience. Please be aware that while we provide heating during the cooler months, it is advisable to dress appropriately for the weather.

We prioritise sourcing our produce and meat from local small businesses, which is why we require a pre-order 48 hours in advance of your reservation. This practice enables us to prepare your meal fresh over an open fire using the finest ingredients.

Breckland Brie with toasted balsamic walnuts, grapes, hot honey & fresh herbs.

Norfolk Wild garlic creamy mushrooms (vegan option available)

King prawns & Prawn Cocktail, with a marie rose sauce & a dusting of Cayenne pepper.

Pea & nettle soup finished with pea shoots and garlic croutons.

All starters are served with local toasted sourdough Or Gluten Free alternative.

Steak & mushroom pie, slow cooked beef in a port and beef gravy, topped with puff pastry served with mash & house peas

Spinach & nettle gnocchi served with a wild garlic cream and parmesan sauce served with wilted lemon green (Vegan option available)

British Beef Burger with Folgate bacon, Jiffler blue cheese, burger sauce, cowboy candy, served with hand cut triple cooked chips & BBQ beans.

This is our lunchtime indoor experience features freshly prepared dishes made in our kitchen.
